Welcome to So-TrickComputers!
Well here we are again. I've changed the background to a nice white color, the light blue really isnt that bad on the eyes when applied well, and frankly I like this color scheme much more than the grey one before it. Besides the obvious blueness I also expanded the menu to make it stretch just a tad further than it did before. It makes it MUCH more usable though, increasing the space from 105 to 125 pixels.
The template fits beautifully snug in 800x600, it's quite a looker at that resolution too. I've modified the scroll bar and gotten that fitting the template as well. The menu still sticks out a bit for me, I'd definitely like to see it animated. I used a simple TD mouseover on it but it didn't come out the way I had hoped. If you'd like to see it with that I can whip that up, but ultimately my vision for it is a lot like the menus of the esteemed CaseETC.
I must say, you called me on this one. I originally thought the ice blue on a white background would pierce my eyes, but it's come out looking very nice, in my opinion. Definitely prettier than the grey, and much more lively. Still on the list of things to play with:
- Fix the little graphics glitch in the top right of the body. This won't take long
- ANIMATE THOSE MENUS. If you're interested after this revision I'm going to grab that license for DHTML menu builder and animate them. Hell, I may animate them anyway because I'm starting to really like this template.
- A friend of mine suggested that it have something to do with computers. I see the logic, really. I'm brainstorming ways to work some PCB or something computer related into the header without drawing too much attention to it.
- Nail down the link colors, there's something just a tad off with them, I think.
